Shipping Policy

Effective Date: September 18, 2025

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the official U.S. e-commerce website operated by Bikeify LLC, the authorized distributor of KS (Kind Shock) cycling components in the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding trading shows, weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the following business day.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional verification, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We only accept orders from U.S.-based customers and ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • International shipping is not available.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We currently offer Standard Shipping via Fedex Ground only.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping for all orders. 

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • Failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner may result in additional fees or return processing.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to system errors or inventory discrepancies, we will contact you with a refund or alternative solution.
