Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the official U.S. e-commerce website operated by Bikeify LLC, the authorized distributor of KS (Kind Shock) cycling components in the United States.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding trading shows, weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing the following business day.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional verification, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Coverage

We only accept orders from U.S.-based customers and ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or military addresses (APO/FPO).

International shipping is not available.
3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping via Fedex Ground only.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping for all orders.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner may result in additional fees or return processing.

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
