🚚 Bikeify LLC Return & Warranty Policy

Bikeify LLC is the official U.S. e-commerce entity for KS-Kindshock. We are committed to providing a clear, customer-friendly, and legally compliant return and warranty process for all purchases made through our platform.

 

1. Return Policy

1.1 Return Window

You may request a return within 45 calendar days of receiving your item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

1.2 Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice)

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important Reminder: Please inspect your item carefully before installation. If you purchased the wrong model and have already installed or used the item, it will be considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.

1.3 How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Instructions for packaging and shipping

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • For all returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed

1.5 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that have been installed or used (including incorrectly purchased models)

  • Sale items or promotional gifts

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or pressurized components

2. Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item following the process above

  2. Placing a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking.

 

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take up to 14 days to complete the transaction

 

4. Warranty Policy

4.1 Coverage

All KS products purchased through Bikeify LLC are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

4.2 What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts (at our discretion)

  • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase

4.3 What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or use

  • Unauthorized modifications or disassembly

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or self-repair

4.4 Safety Notice

KS height-adjustable seatposts contain pressurized components.

  • Do not disassemble your seatpost

  • Maintenance should be performed by an authorized KS technician

  • Failure to follow instructions will void your warranty and may result in injury

4.5 How to File a Warranty Claim

Section 5 – Repair Services (Paid & Warranty)

5.1 Warranty Repairs

Products covered under our 2-year limited warranty may be eligible for free repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the terms outlined in Section 4. Customers must provide proof of purchase and submit a warranty claim via email.

5.2 Paid Repairs

If your KS product is no longer under warranty, or if the issue falls outside the scope of warranty coverage (e.g., wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized modification), we offer paid repair services.

  • Repair quotes will be provided upon inspection

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our service center

  • Turnaround time varies based on part availability and service complexity

  • All paid repairs are handled by authorized KS technicians

5.3 How to Request a Repair

Include your order number, product details, serial numbers on the product, and a description of the issue. Photos or videos are helpful for faster assessment.
